reflector is not capable of generating EnOS’ mirrorlist.
It is for Arch’s mirrorlist:
sudo reflector --protocol https --verbose --latest 25 --sort rate --save /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist
For endeavouros-mirrorlist, use this for now:
Comment out the servers you don’t want to use.
