OH, I used the online method, chose KDE/Plasma, manually partitioned both a system partition and an EFI partition to boot from, and for my first install, chose GRUB. The install went fine without any errors. Is this the answer you were looking for?
This could be the issue. How did you partition it? Can you show the summary screenshot from the installer?
Is there a reason you are using manual partitioning? There are a lot of things you can easily do wrong there.
I also did try install alongside and it came to the same result, so I don’t think I did anything wrong in the manual partitioner. Sadly this issue comes from 3 days ago and I didn’t take any screenshots.
