Endeavour os installation Cassini failed

I am facing endevour os installation failed during initial downloading of endevour os mirrors hangs for a long time prompting me to loose my patience and go for offline installation. I tried cinnamon but failed. I unchecked Ccrssibty options menu during installation step. I am now satisfied with offline ie xfce de… Any suggestion. Pls advice

Xfce is a nice DE, I’m using it a lot.
But you can re-organize the mirrorlist either manually, or with any of the tools

  • reflector
  • reflector-simple
  • rate-mirrors

Or, you can use the existing Xfce you already have, and install a DE of your choice, and also uninstall Xfce if needed.
I’ll get you more info in a moment…

Thanks man oh hi anyway I downloaded the old endevour os Artemis I think so and am giving a try. I updated the arch Linux keyring first then as said ran reflector and endeavouros on the way 20 +MIns I think so I don’t know should not hang

BTW, Artemis is already outdated. Use Cassini instead.

I will thanks

It failed again now offline method the only choice.

Would be useful to have a log about the problem, like

cat /home/liveuser/endeavour-install.log | eos-sendlog

on the install session, then write the result URL here.
