I have deleted initrd-fallback on each kernel

Edit config file located at /etc/eos-dracut.conf or /etc/kernel-install-for-dracut.conf and set NO_DRACUT_FALLBACK to NO_DRACUT_FALLBACK="true"

Done as @pebcak suggested.

reinstall-kernels and reboot. Selection of all three kernels is available in the menu. Works

Maybe I will reinstall the system with a larger efi partition, but for now I am working with the current one.

and don’t change HW, it is not needed.

I’m thinking about replacing my HDD’s with ssd’s. But at the moment there are no plans to do so

That is pretty normal. The size of the initrd will depend pretty drastically on what you have installed in your system and your hardware.

I have seen them over 300MB in extreme circumstances.
