If I press the “Don’t show me again” button and then I try to close Welcome app it freezes and shows the message of “yad not responding”. So it doesn’t keep changes and everytime I boot PC it launches the Welcome app again.
Currently running KDE-Plasma.

I guess you can disable it if you don’t want it loading? From the terminal eos-welcome --help or you can go right to eos-welcome --disable
