Don't install so (Can't install from the ISO.)

I’m afraid this distro is a bit of a high reach for you, because after install you have to tinker the system to make it work for you.
You can try, but perhaps it is a better learning experience for you to start with Ubuntu-based distros.

Do you have multiple drives in your system? It asking you to select boot device sounds like its trying to boot to a drive with nothing installed.

You having to press F12 is just pulling up the boot menu and selecting the proper drive. You can set your primary boot option in bios to the one that boots and not have to press F12

It’s probably the fact that the boot order is set wrong and it’s trying to boot on a device that doesn’t have the installation on it. Such as usb or another drive or something. That’s what press F12 is doing selecting another device.

and instead, you could search for the default boot order selector in Bios to make the driver where you installed EndeavourOS the first in the line
