Display reconnects on login or logout

Is it normal for the monitor to reconnect when Linux enters the desktop or logs out?
Every time I log out or enter the desktop, the monitor always goes black for 2 seconds before reconnecting

How to fix it if it’s not normal
Thanks

oh I see something ,

When I am on the login interface, it is 2k60Hz and the desktop is 2k100Hz. How to set the login interface is also 2k100Hz

Similar problems with me on Plasma. HDMI 2nd monitor. Blacking out monitors for 15-20 secs
after login.
No problems with Gnome (Wayland) , Budgie (X11) and Gallileo Plasma

EDIT: @xiaoc
So it was a bit annoying after login there was a visual plug&play / visual ‘bim-bam’ like bells were ringing for cca. 20 secs. With 2 monitors see above.
Suspecting that this is not independent of the plasma-desktop version (6.1.2) just
timeshift-ed back to 01 April (2024)
and boom the ‘bells’ have been silenced.
Now plasma-desktop is at 6.0.3 (and who knows what else matters) and I almost hit that of Manjaro (6.0.5) which does not show this feature.
This might be risky and cul-de-sac for you.
Edit2: shifttime to 01 May also OK but due to dependencies (85) it is NOT enough to
IgnorePkg = plasma-desktop
in /etc/pacman.conf
