I’m using Pipewire for audio, and overall it works great. There is an annoying bit of latency going to the earphones and I’m unsure where to start. I’ve had a similar issue for awhile but recently I realized it’s probably a software issue because it doesn’t happen on my Android phone. In fact, for some of the stuff I do I will use Sonobus to route all my pc audio to Sonobus on my phone, and there’s virtually no latency. How is it that I get more latency just connecting bluetooth on my phone than I do sending the audio over my wifi network, then bluetooth to the earphones? It seems very weird lol. Any ideas where I should start troubleshooting this?
Maybe try forcing a different bluetooth audio codec
