just finished installing eOS, i was about to set up everything else till i noticed the date and numbers are not in same language and i’m on KDE Plasma
anyone has a solution to fix this?
EDIT: even on the lock screen and “modified” time in dolphin is affected and i couldn’t type anything in the terminal when it need my root password (footage)
You do not see your password when you type, that is normal. Just type your password and hit enter.
what about the language though?
Sorry can not help you there, still learning how to read and write. 
Did you check system settings > region and language ?
yes, i checked everything and put the same language but there’s little effect but not much, only fixed the numbers in the calender not all
how does local.conf looks like ?
