Crackling Audio

I’m no expert but I’ve found this

No sound or crackling sound after resume from sleep

Hope someone can help me here. Doesn’t matter what DE I use, but every time I resume my computer from suspend/sleep mode, my sound is either gone or it plays back crackly. Driving me crazy. I tried messing with alsamixer, but had no luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Might the be what you are experiencing?
