On my old PC, KDE took so much time to even log in that it was straight unusable.
Yeah it for sure took time to login but after that it was good experience
Yesterday I was playing around with lxqt/kwin on a spare SSD(along with trying out the new archinstall script) on my laptop and was really liking it. Not enough to switch from KDE as my main DE, but if I was running it on something that needs to be a little more light weight, this seems like a cool way to go.
