i would try rebooting should have installed just fine it only was not able to get the logfile because w erun calamares from terminal…

will be this what causing the issue… i bet we can do something to avoid this happen… at least it could show an error inthis cas eor simply go forward after a period of time if it gets stuck…

seems it does get stuck inside welcome if it can not reach hotfix ?
What happens if you run command

Does this retrieve file hotfix-start.bash? If not, what is the exit code?
Now what to do next ??
So far I don’t know what fails.
We need to get the ISO working, so please reboot to the installer, try installing in online mode and show as much information as possible.
Note that you can pipe any output to program eos-sendlog which sends it to a pastebin like service.
Log file /home/liveuser/endeavour-install.log would be very nice to have. If the installer creates it, run command
cat /home/liveuser/endeavour-install.log | eos-sendlog
and show the result here.
shows:
cat: /home/liveuser/endeavour-install.log: No such file or directory ==> eos-sendlog: warning: nothing to send.
It does not create the log file.
we saw this before already it stuck befor eeven calamares starts in any way from welcome…

This command is stuck and seems that I cannot fetch this URL.
I am waiting for approx 5-minutes now and their is not output/main.py file.
What could be the issue ??
And can i stop this command with Ctrl C ??
And therefore cannot show you the contents.
Its over 15 minutes now and unable to fetch the main.py file with that URL.
So I can conclude that I cannot fetch that github URL?

Looks like the latest hotfix is available only at github and not at gitlab.
That explains this problem.
