Cinnamon Settings may temporarily broken

The update to libnotify seem to have broken a few applications for some users. For example here:

As per the title–looks like LibNotify caused a problem with GWE…Does anyone else see this? Hello. I’m new to EOS and decided to experiment with it on a few of my systems. system-config-printer opens, then the GUI closes abruptly. It’s installed on my desktop computer.
