I use the logitech g504 and i just cant get my mouse polling rate to change, ive tried using Solaar and ratbagd, i wasnt able to get ratbagd to work but Solaar isnt really doing anything. Does anyone know what i can do to either change the polling rate manually or what i could install to make the changing easier?

We need more info. Is this on a laptop or PC? What Desktop Environment are you using? If I’m not mistaken, the logitech g504 is a gaming mouse. Have you tried another simpler mouse to see if the g504 needs a driver or firmware?

I am on PC and using Cinnamon, the g504 is a gaming mouse, but sadly i don’t have any other mice to look if it needs an special driver
