Hi friends, I have a normal 100% keyboard and I bought a new 60% keyboard called Dierya DK61SE (61 keys), I read the instructions but I can’t find my password characters so I can’t access EOS KDE, so I had to put my old keyboard to login.
Now I need to change my keyboard region/layout to English, as my new keyboard is now English and not Spanish. When I installed EOS I chose Language: English - Keyboard: Spanish (ES).
How can I change it to English now? It seems that the key combinations don’t work until I have this set up correctly.
I don’t know if I should change it here, I can’t find anything that says “Spanish keyboard” or something like that. If you can help me I’ll be grateful, thanks in advance:
EDIT:
I found this command on the Arch wiki, and just as I thought, I still have the Spanish layout, in fact, I don’t even know why everything appears in “es”, if the only thing I configured as “es” was the keyboard layout. By the way, I’m using Wayland, but X11 appears there, I don’t know why:
