As an example that I can repeat, opening System Settings works just fine. However, when I try to switch to “About this System” or “Power Management” the system settings window freezes for several minutes. I can drag it around, but it won’t update. Eventually, it will update and I can use it like normal. Below is the output from the journalctl. The first line is the message that comes up when I click on “Power Management.” The rest of the lines do not show up until the system settings window updates.
