Can't update: pacman/db.lck is present

Hi everyone,

After having had a hang-up updating some things with Discover. I can’t manually update either anymore.

When I type in: yay -Syu

I get the following:

 -> /var/lib/pacman/db.lck is present.
 -> There may be another Pacman instance running. Waiting...

But there are no other instances. I tried cleaning up Pacman to no avail.

Any idea would be appreciated.

sudo rm /var/lib/pacman/db.lck

Although, I’m getting tons of error messages. We’ll see after reboot.
