Can't update packages

i triedsudo pacman -Syu yay -Syu even tried updating from the welcome launcher, all stuck in this particular section

tried using sudo pacman -Syyu still can’t

thanks, it worked, i added more mirrors and it worked. My country’s mirror didn’t seem to work
