Same thing happens when trying from the terminal
$ eos-rankmirrors
==> 'https://mirror.alpix.eu/endeavouros/repo/$repo/$arch' connection failed after 30 seconds, continuing.
That particular mirror appears to be down. but it won’t be for long. Alpix organizes/runs EnOS mirrors, so I’m confident that retrying in a while should do it

Please note that you can use option --ignore to temporarily ignore any failing mirrors…
