I can’t login anymore after updating this morning. Somehow the connection to systemd is failing. The account itself seems Ok, can switch from root without a problem. However, when I try to use systemctl, I get “Failed to connect to dbus: medium not found”.
My next thing to try was downgrading the systemd packages. This is also not working. When selecting the last known packages, they’re being ignored and the latest are prompted for reinstall.
Help!!!
UPDATE: I got systemd downgraded, still not working.
