Can't install timeshift

couldn’t install timeshift with either pacman or yay.

when installing with pacman it’s throwing package not found error.

and with yay nothing happens, no error, not displaying any result.

I tried refreshing the mirrors, nothing worked.

this happens only with timeshift.

It s an upstream issue, I can’t reach the AUR website either.

BTW: Timeshift is an AUR package, so pacman can’t find it by default. To install it use yay or build it with git. But in this case there’s something wrong with reaching the AUR database.

@PRISONER It seemed to be resolved.

You should use yay to install it . it is aur package. I installed by yay

Timeshift is not a package in Arch official repositories. It’s in AUR so use yay -S timeshift. Also, AUR is up I’m able to update my VS Code.

Now iam able to install aur packages
