Can't connect to wifi with wpa_supplicant

I have been using iwd on this Arch install right from the outset:

[2021-08-28T15:08:49+0000] [PACMAN] Running 'pacman -r /mnt -Sy --cachedir=/mnt/var/cache/pacman/pkg --noconfirm base linux-zen linux-zen-headers linux-firmware iwd intel-ucode nano pacman-contrib pacutils networkmanager'

This machine only connects to my router at home. It has been working flawlessly for me and that’s why I haven’t dug so much in it’s possible issues and flaws. But I understand that perhaps it has some way to go before it is mature enough to become default.

Perhaps that is a result of a driver/software interaction re iwd vs wpa_supplicant. I was simply adding comment regarding another one of the positive aspects of iwd, as many others on this thread.

And neither are you the originator of this thread, so why don’t we leave it up to the OP to decide who’s opinion he cares to listen to on this thread. Have you been appointed you the arbiter of what is a relevant contribution on the EOS forum?
