Does your ~/.bash_profile have command startx?

Yes, it does

If you have a line like

exec startx

in ~/.bash_profile then you could change it to

[ "$XDG_SESSION_TYPE" = "x11" ] && exec startx

Thank you very much! It works, I guess the root cause is that I installed the system in offline mode
