Cannot locate recently installed program

No, REISUB won’t protect you against sudden powercuts.

I have a new problem with a program that won’t appear, and this time restarting did not help. I’m trying to use my VPN, and as you can see, it’s already installed. The installation completed successfully and now you see a check mark next to the program in pacseek.

Is my problem that I don’t know where to look for newly installed programs? I am used to them simply appearing in the launch menu. (using KDE)

That’s not an VPN client app, solely a VPN profile generator to be used in combination with openvpn.

Note that this package provides only VPN profiles but not the vendor’s software.
The package version refers to the python-pia tool by @flamusdiu, which may lag behind the vendor’s own VPN software version.
Please do not flag this package out-of-date unless @flamusdiu releases a new stable python-pia version.
Thank you!

As the pinned comment on the AUR package detail site is addressing, which isn’t accessible via pacseek.

Give piavpn-bin a try instead. Eventually the installed profiles aren’t even required for their client app.
