Cannot Boot, BIOS thinks my install is a windows boot manager?

It is non-trivial to setup refind in the OPs setup.

There is a pattern we see around here regularly that is someone has a problem booting and they are told to install refind. More than half the time they end up back here with a system more broken than what they started with.

There is nothing wrong with using refind if you prefer it but asking a someone who is new to Linux to setup a triple boot and reconfigure their install so it works with refind is no simple task.

Appreciate the reply. However, it was very easy for me to set up and I am not too deep into Linux. It has always struck me that the Debian boot option stays in the BIOS whatever happens and no other Linux does.
