Can you adjust ext4 hard drive reserved partition?

I have a main nvme 512gb drive plus two 2TB hard drives in my system. I noticed that about 200Gb on both drives are reserved and can’t be used. I know that on ext4 Linux reserves 5% disk space for the system and los+found folder. Is there any way I can shrink this and will there be any consequences?

Yes for example:
sudo tune2fs -m 3 /dev/device

to change the reserved block space to 3% of the drive.

Just to add to what @BendTheKnee said above:

Thanks. Is it a good idea to set it to 0? If not what is the lowest I should set it to?
