Broken Number fonts in some applicaitons

Notice in your screenshots that not only is there extra padding around the numbers, but the space character between words is extra wide.

Do you happen to have noto-fonts-emoji installed on your system? If so, temporarily uninstall noto-fonts-emoji, reboot (or log out/in), and check Firefox again.
