Adding an external dongle does work.

I have also tried to follow:

Does it work on the mainstream kernel?

Iḿ using a usb dongle at the moment.

I don´t know what do you mean sorry, the last kernel? no it was not working. I had to format my machine it was working with default endeavour last week.

Is this the usb dongle or is that listed under lsusb
Edit: I think this is the actual WiFi and bluetooth chip is on the WiFi chip.

Do you have Windows dual boot?

Edit: I take it this is a desktop. Have you tried powering off and then unplug the tower and hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Then plug back in and start it up.

I do have dual boot. I have not tried it so far.

Also you could try also in Windows under power management. Turn off the fast startup feature.

Just to clarify. The WiFi is actually working just not bluetooth?

Wifi is working. just not bluetooth.

Does it show you any info in dmesg
Post the url if you can

sudo dmesg | eos-sendlog

Also have you tried booting on the latest kernel not the lts kernel?

I 'm using a bluetooth donglke at the momment should I repaste without it?

If you could?

Just removed and realized the bt is also not working in windows. just disabled annd re-enabled it at bios, no change.

I see you marked a solution? So it is working now?

yes!
