Of course I should have called it Mediatek as it’s been a while since they changed the name, but in my old brain they’re still Railink to me.
Sooner or later Mediatek will get their Linux drivers in order, but they’re taking quite a while to stomp out the bugs in Linux.
Yeah, was just pondering if it’s cheaper to replace the mouse or get a new PCI card

Sadly the Logitech wireless 2. 4 GHz mouse models have been having stuttering issues lately. Some people have actually found that on the newer dual band Logitech models, that switching to BT has better performance.
If you go the new PCI adapter route, I’d spend the extra bucks and be sure to buy an Intel model. Way more stable drivers with intel.
Thanks for the advise, Intel was always good for Eth drivers. Good to hear also true for wireless.
