Best OCR app

Hi lads&Gents,

what are the best OCR Apps for EOS/Arch which are capable to transfer the scanned text-pictures back to pure text-files?

I recognized there is ocrmypdf from the AUR but I also saw a lot more OCR Apps there AND other OCR Apps in the Arch native archives (https://archlinux.org/packages/?sort=&q=ocr&maintainer=&flagged=)
So there are a lot of alternatives and I would like to hear, what you people say what works best for you.

This is the one I’ve tried and it worked pretty well. Under the hood, a lot of options are going to be using Tesseract OCR.
