I installed EndeavourOS one or two weeks ago. The experience so far has been relatively successful for someone who was on Ubuntu and Windows a while back. I have an HP laptop (Omen) that had dualboot with these two OS’s and I decided to get rid of Windows and install something new.
Getting to the point at hand, currently I have EndeavourOS running with KDE, Wayland and my laptop can’t give me an accurate time to discharge. When I unplug my laptop from the current the battery tray icon shows
Remaining time: estimating…
Sometimes it shows 20 something minutes.
When running “upower --monitor-detail” I get:

I might have some other problems with my laptop but for now this is one that I’ve spotted.
I should also mention that the laptop runs fine under this OS, the battery is lasting way more than through windows. Under Ubuntu I didn’t have this issue, apart from this the only other issue I have is I can’t control the fan curve like I could through windows but I assume this is unrelated and I’m missing some drivers.
Any help would be appreciated.
