does endeavour setting is enough? do i need to install tlp?
I’m going to assume you are referring to battery life/health? If so, I’ve never installed TLP, or any other battery app on my laptops. Never had issues.
Can you run the following command in terminal so we can see your setup?

yes it is. i have replaced my battery recently. ai suggests that i do calibration but i do not want to discharging it to 0%, then ai suggest me the tlp. that is why i want to know it.

With the way Gnome desktop works today I no longer use tlp or powertop to manage power or battery health.
Since you use KDE desktop, I will let the others recommend settings if tuning is needed.
You can search the Arch Wiki for your laptop to see if there is specific tuning. This is an example:

Your battery is Lithium ion and has a built in chip to manage its capacity. No calibration is needed. Old Metal nickle hydride batteries needed calibration. This old advice keeps spreading around unfortunately. So have fun with your new battery.
In Plasma, you can use the advanced power settings to set the maximum charge and start charging at percentages.
As for Gnome being better than Plasma, I would say no but other people would say yes, We are all right.
In my opinion, KDE is a more progressive and like the tuners / engineers desktop. I love how you can make it tailored to your needs and style. But at home I support 8 friends and family and Gnomes simplicity keeps me sane (lol).
Both desktops are quite stable.
for me, wayland on gnome sometimes make apps not opening, and others said for my laptop, wayland on kde is suitable, so that is why i choose kde now
There should be a button at the top right for advanced power settings.

Maybe your battery does it automatically, or doesn’t support it.
FYI, different laptop manufacturers expose different power settings based on the firmware and system capability. So my old Macbook Air 2014 does not have battery charging health section. But my Lenovo T450 does have the setting and shows both my batteries:
Interesting that my Macbook can control the brightness of the LCD based on what the rooms ambient brightness.
Some 3rd party battery manufacturers will also cheat and hide the batteries true capacity with the charging capacity chip in the battery.
