Back to Manjaro

Pure Arch has too much software installation, I’m afraid.

Manjaro is far more ready-to-go. I had enormous problems trying to connect a printer, which is a snap with Manjaro.

Also, I don’t consider Manjaro to be “bloated.”

So, as long as the Arch Forum, and r/archlinux hate us because we don’t know how, or are unwilling to take the time to easily install an OS, it may as well be Manjaro.

Their forums as just as friendly as the forums here are, and I’m going to keep logging in here, too, because I like you guys!

Sorry to see you go but i know you’ll be around. Nothing wrong with Manjaro. I like them too.

The one who leaves, don't stop him.
To the one who comes, open the door.

Good luck !

It’s all good.
Our needs and wants (and machines) are all a little different. There’s no one size fits all. I’ve been impressed with the selflessness of all the Linux community, regardless of the flavor.
Good luck, amigo! Don’t be a stranger.

In the end, it all comes down that we’re all Linux users, no matter which distro you use, so we do stay connected because of that.

I would never use Vim. Micro FTW.

Is that a pun? Or was it literally a snap you installed?

Whatever makes you happy is where you should be. Good luck!

Does everyone realize this is a year old thread?
