Available Wifi is not being shown after a while and screen gets stuck when restarted

I switched to EOS few weeks back and i am facing an issue recently regarding WIFI network
The available WiFi doesn’t show after a while.
While doing my work it simply disconnects and every available wifi goes.

Then if i try to on/off the wifi the screen starts hanging and the wifi taskbar stuck. The solution right now i have is to close the work and restart it but even if i do my screen stuck and goes black neither the laptop restarts or shut down.

Did someone else faced this problem. I really need a solution fast

Occasionally my wifi connections disappear from network manager and when that happens I simply reconnect using nmtui in the terminal. They reappear in network manager also. I don’t know about the screen freeze.

How do you make wifi available? Is it by phone tethering or a router?

I feel that the screen freeze is because of the wifi going out.
how do you get the WIFIs back, with just nmtui??

They’re still shown in nmtui, even if the gui has lost them. Once I’ve reconnected using the tui, they even reappear in the gui.
