Try to move the .desktop
file for premid
to /etc/xdg/autostart instead (don’t forget to add the --no-sandbox
flag to the new desktop file) and see if it works. I don’t know what this GUI is doing, touching files that it isn’t configured to touch—bad programming, in my opinion.

I don’t even know why KDE was removing arguments, very strange.
Bad programming.
The app should use a custom directory to store the .desktop
files it wants to manage and modify. It can read the stuff in the default xdg
paths, but it shouldn’t modify any user-defined .desktop
files. This is a bug, in my opinion.
