Autoresize on virtualbox doesn't work NO VIEWS :<

I have EndeavourOS installed on a virtual box. I installed virtualbox-guest-utils (tried both the repos and the additions.iso) and ran the service i see VBoxClient running in background but still the issue persists and autoresize doesn’t work

i use xfce4, Kernel Version: 6.16.7, Virtualbox: 7.1.12 r169651

Maybe gnome-boxes could be a possibility?
Having installed labwc I tested under XFCE Wayland.
