Pity that mankind has to invest so much lifetime, resources, energy and money into fighting off spam, ads, and idiots trying to destroy everything others made.
But there is a solution to that. If everyone is forced to require an official government id to connect to the internet we wouldn’t have that problem anymore /sarcasm. 
Forcing has never been helpful, encouraging to learn, help and work together always provides the much better results.
Wish the people who are supposed to represent us would learn that!
