Audio stops working

I have a fresh install of Endeavor with the Gnome DE and my audio stops working in two scenarios. The first one is when I open an android emulator (with the android SDK from Android Studio) and the other is when I’m playing a game on steam. The issue is resolved when I close the game and close the emulator. In case of the emulator my audio stops working as soon as the emulator is running. The game audio works for a while but suddenly stops working and once I restart the game the audio returns back to normal.

The audio device is present in the Gnome settings but when I test the audio there will be no sound playing until I close either of the applications that causes this. Another odd thing is that when this issue is present my YouTube videos don’t play on Firefox for some odd reason (they are loading perpetually) despite the internet connection being normal and all other browsing activities work just fine. This issue too stops when I close the application that caused the audio issue.

I have two packages installed from the AUR, Flutter and Android Studio. Apart from that all my packages are from the Arch repository or flatpak. I’m new to Linux so not sure how to debug this exactly.

If the issue is easy to replicate, perhaps reboot, then open only what you need to reproduce the issue, both the cause and returning it to a working state.

Then, immediately run this command to produce a log of the last few minutes. You can adjust the timing here as needed.

journalctl --since "5 minutes ago"

Hopefully that sheds some light. You might like to share the output here.

Hey, thanks for the response.
Here are the logs I obtained from running the command. Not sure how to fix it.

I neglected to welcome you @kavink98. Welcome! :sunglasses: :enos_flag:

Have a look at a possible solution offered here (also related to Arch Wiki issue here):

Normally this should not happen but is usually caused by jittery drivers. In a VM
this is most common because the device is emulated.

The reason I think this may be relevant, is:
