Audio crackling at start for 2 seconds

Audio crackling for 2 seconds only happens when i did not play anything for a while.
i think it’s a energy saving problem.
I remember solving it in Manjaro by deleting a laptop power energy something but i could find something similar here.

Don’t know if any of this will help or if you’ve already seen it but,
By default, audio power saving is turned off by most drivers. You can take a look here:

Usually crackling/popping is caused by buffering issues.
