Are there any GUI for Pipewire?

I need some audio plumbing, need to make virtual audio device, which would work specifically like a virtual headset. And I could receive audio out of it and input mic from other channel, but would not hear mic from this device.

only pactl command exist as i know it.

There a some tools to wire up connections (carla or qpwgraph), but I’m not aware of a GUI for e.g. creating virtual devices. I use a virtual-device, but it’s set up via a pipewire txt config file.
