…sadly I don’t have to offer any fixes. Just wanted to add to this topic that I’ve got the impression that in the last weeks I’ve got the impression that steam itself requires more time to start up than usual.

While I have no fix to offer here, I can confirm the lengthy time for Steam to load. What use to take a few seconds to reach the Steam homescreen now take 15 seconds or more.
