Aplay -l doesn't see my HDMI output

So, I am on Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 15IHU6 with following specs:

CPU: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i5-11300H (8) @ 4.40 GHz
GPU 1: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Mobile [Discrete]
GPU 2: Intel Iris Xe Graphics @ 1.30 GHz [Integrated]

Right now my laptop doesn’t recognize any speakers that work with my Tiger Lake drivers (built-in and monitor ones). I don’t really know why

It worked before, but at some point it just stopped

Welcome to the forum @torzyy31 !
It’s not a real help and do not want to divert you.
I have an IdeaPad Slim 3 15ARP10 CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7533HS
GPU: AMD Radeon 680M [Integrated]
and IDK why in Plasma I always have problems (endless plug&play) with a Philips FTV via HDMI.

But having installed cosmic by
sudo pacman -S cosmic cosmic-session
Logged in to Cosmic sound and screen image are OK via HDMI.

aplay -l
