I can not wait until I can reliably get phone calls texts and my work email on a pine phone. I don’t need anything else in a phone. Those 3 and I’ll pay anything for it at that point

I have Note 6 here, but hope that you don’t use their preinstalled OS :laughing:
There’s couple of stripped down ad & spy free ones of same OS…

Doubt they really patched all of that.

I have a P20 Pro… Kirin based so immune to this but I’ve probably been giving up all my data to China anyway.

Long time no see - anyone - sorry for the bump.

I got a pinephone and using manjaro-phosh - the basics you describe works.

I am - slightly - impressed - since the UBPorts is not that reliable - but this one is.
