AMD Family 17h/19h HD Audio driver: snd_hda_intel not working

If you do not mind, given are two Laptops #1 and #2 of which #1b has no sound but #1a does and #2 does.

It appears that API: ALSA v: k6.10.7-arch1-1 status: kernel-api has ditched the support for snd_hda_intel (albeit under AMD) or am I wrong? Thanks!

#1a Debian: working!
bravo: ~ $ inxi -A
Audio:
Device-1: AMD Navi 10 HDMI Audio driver: snd_hda_intel
Device-2: AMD Renoir Radeon High Definition Audio driver: snd_hda_intel
Device-3: AMD ACP/ACP3X/ACP6x Audio Coprocessor driver: snd_rn_pci_acp3x
Device-4: AMD Family 17h/19h HD Audio driver: snd_hda_intel
API: ALSA v: k6.1.0-25-amd64 status: kernel-api
Server-1: PipeWire v: 0.3.65 status: active

#1b EndeavourOS: not working
bravo: ~ $ inxi -A

Device-1: AMD Navi 10 HDMI Audio driver: snd_hda_intel
Device-2: AMD Renoir Radeon High Definition Audio driver: snd_hda_intel
Device-3: AMD ACP/ACP3X/ACP6x Audio Coprocessor driver: snd_rn_pci_acp3x
Device-4: AMD Family 17h/19h HD Audio driver: snd_hda_intel
API: ALSA v: k6.10.7-arch1-1 status: kernel-api
Server-1: PipeWire v: 1.2.3 status: active

#2 EndeavourOS: working
cube: ~ $ inxi -A
Audio:
Device-1: Intel JasperLake IPU driver: intel-ipu6
Device-2: Intel Jasper Lake HD Audio driver: snd_hda_intel
API: ALSA v: k6.10.6-hardened1-1-hardened status: kernel-api
Server-1: PipeWire v: 1.2.3 status: active

My only difference;
Device-2: AMD ACP/ACP3X/ACP6x Audio Coprocessor driver: snd_pci_acp6x

On device 1b, once logged in, try muting, then un-muting, and see if your audio works.

This has been a fairly common workaround for some laptop audio issues.

Unfortunately, the solution does not persist through reboots but is probably likely solved upstream.
