I read that ‘active’ coolers are becoming available now - using the same tech that gives you powered coolers for your car/boat. Might be worth a look? As for catching fire - a distinct possibility for me @ 110F! I keep my house @ 64F for the winter…

I let my place get as cold as it’s able during the evening in the winter. By April my AC will be required to be on 24/7 though in order to keep it below 75 until basically October. Yeah, it’s warm here.
