I literally downloaded like 8 programs to delete after just because I wanted to see what it could do. Nothing else is even close to Arch now. pacman > everything.

I should mention that because of this post I finally became motivated to figuring out the keyboard commands that vimdiff uses. Not that anyone specifically pointed out that reference, but yeah. Learnin new things all the time

That might be useful sometime - but have you tried meld for the task of comparing/merging? My vi days are long gone
