After Install: Mirror and System update choices?

I have been watching videos and trying to find an answer on sites. The videos only show one Update Mirror choice and one Update system choice. I have 2 mirror update choices and 2 system update choices. I did the first one but was confused on whether to do the others. Should I do all 4 of these?

Update Mirrors (Arch, reflector-simple)
Update Mirrors (Endeavour OS)
Update System (eos-update --aur)
Update System (yay)

You should do both of these.

That being said, your mirrors are sorted by the installer so you only need to do this if there is a problem.

You should only do one of these, they do the same thing.
