I want to use music player in linux, what hide in tray when I close the window and looks good.
Before posting I used Strawberry, because I like it design, and other options, it has infinite bufferization, and net does not help to resolve this problem.
I dislike design of Amarok and Elisa, because they have not only list of songs, but other column, which I cannot hide.
Audacious cannot hide tray.
Which player should I choose?
Running fooyin for local music. Running strawberry for Radio Streams

I selfhost my own music, so ive been down this rabbit hole once before hhaha
I use feishin now, it is by far the best music player i have used until now, go give it a try - it is open source as well. I use Symfonium on my phone. I can confirm:

- Favicon for it looks great
- It has support for connection with navidrome

And the tray icon changes elementary. At least in KDE Plasma.
How?

Concur! These two are by far the best music players I’ve found for my laptop and phone that link to my Navidrome server.
I just noticed that feishin-bin is removed from the AUR now, replaced with feishin in the ‘extra’ repo.
