Since I don’t know exactly what you have done I can’t really say. I’ve messed with archiso in the past however never got as far as thinking of installing i just wanted to learn at the time was never interested in trying to do my own distro. Way to much work to keep it maintained. Best I can say is to check all your links and make sure that they are all good. if you have the mirror list make sure the path to it is correct in all the correct config files.

May I suggest you try to simply customize an EndeavourOS installation with the assistance of this page:

You can customize the installation and probably achieve your desired installed system without attempting to re-invent the wheel, so to speak. Just a thought.
