I shared the same video this morning to @atharvaamritkar 
We make similar thing here, called “roti” or chapatti. Its made of wheat flour and we cook it on a tawa (a flat or slightly concave metal plate kept on stove).
I do love such simple methods as they bring in awesome taste and textures
